New Patients
NEW PATIENTSWe currently accept new patients from:
Haddenham, Cuddington, Westlington, Dinton, Upton, Stone, Hartwell, Bishopstone, Ford, Aston Stanford, Kingsey, Chearsley and Lower Winchendon.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept new patients from outside our practice area.
If you move outside the practice area, you will usually be asked to register with a local doctor. Please do this quickly so that we can transfer your records as soon as possible.
NEW PATIENT CHECK
New patients are asked to arrange an appointment with one of our practice nurses and to complete a new patient medical form. We can then review your medical history and check your present state of health. There can sometimes be a long delay in the transfer of medical records from the previous GP and this appointment gives us valuable information for the provision of your medical care.
