Pride in Practice Award
Pride in Practice is a quality assurance support service that strengthens and develops relationships with the lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans (LGBT) patients within the community. Endorsed by The Royal College of General Practitioners, the Pride in Practice award requires surgeries to meet the requirements of the Clinical Commissioning Group, the Care Quality Commission and several other bodies involved. This accolade reflects the surgery’s commitment and compliance with the General Medical Council Good Practice Guidelines and the Equality Act 2010.
Practice Manager Ellen Solley commented: “The team at Haddenham Medical Centre are extremely humbled and proud to be awarded the Gold Award from Pride in Practice.”
