See a GP online over a secure video, from home or work - on your smartphone, tablet or PC

To book in for a video consultation, please call your practice and request a Q doctor video appointment. You will need to have a smartphone, tablet or PC with a webcam and microphone! Please note that if you are using an iOS device, you will need to have iOS version 12.4.5 +. At the time of your appointment you will receive an SMS or email (depending on your preferred method of contact) from Q doctor with a link to join your video consultation.

Pressing on the link will take you to the pre-Meeting page where you will need to enter your name and you will then be able to press the green ‘Join Meeting’ button to enter the video consultation.

Upon joining the Meeting, you will need to allow permission for Q health to access your microphone and camera. This will pop-up on your device, so please make sure you press allow to ensure the doctor can see and hear you! If you experience any difficulties during the meeting we recommend refreshing the page and rejoining the meeting.
